A visionary leader whose fire has been tempered into direction. The King of Wands builds kingdoms because he can see the kingdom before anyone else believes it is possible, and commits without flinching.

Tyranny, impulsive decree, or a leader who burns everything they touch. Unchecked fire rules no one well — least of all the one who carries it.
